The Warburton Recreation Precinct is the transformation of the once derelict Warburton Swimming Pool area into a stunning water play splash park and playground areas, set in the beautiful landscape of the Warburton hills and the Yarra River.

This award winning project was designed from early Master Planning and Feasibility stages in 2016, through to detail design and then construction. The project called for us to manage and oversee a large contingent of specialist consultants to see the complex and demanding project come to fruition.

Stage One of the project was completed in 2020 and the final Stage 2 is currently under construction and nearing completion. Now called Warburton Water Park, it has become one of the Yarra Ranges’ biggest attractors with thousands flocking to the park in the hot summer months.
