Woodlands Residential Development, Briar Hill

The Woodlands development is set on a beautiful hilltop site in the suburb of Briar Hill and establishes a setting of individual dwellings set in a small enclave in addition to the retention and development of the existing farmhouse that is located on the property.  A small pocket park provides a focus for the new community as well as access to an existing adjacent public park. The project was carefully designed at the concept stage with thorough consideration of site levels and existing trees across what is a relatively steep site at the edges of the property.
