We are assisting with the re-imagining and rejuvenation of the Highton Manor property in Mansfield. The 19th Century mansion house has been used as a boutique hotel and function centre in the recent past and the owners are seeking to now develop the house and property with new residential allotments and overnight stay accommodation as well as an enhanced and extensive garden landscape.

Working with McCabe Architects, Papworth Design have prepared a Landscape Masterplan as well as more detailed concept design for proposed new townhouses on the property’s northern boundary and a small residential subdivision to the property’s south.
