“Scotchman’s Creek” Aged Care

We are currently working with Bluecross on the upgrade of parts of their existing “Scotchmans Creek” facility in Mount Waverley. The projects we have been asked to assist with include the front arrival carpark area for visitors as well as the main courtyard of the facility. The main courtyard is a particularly challenging “sunken” space with steep shotcrete covered walls rising up on all sides.

Each of the projects are quite different but include strong consideration of sensory elements within the landscape through the use of planting selections as well as colour and texture in new proposed built elements in the landscape. We have also recently designed a new planting scheme for the front arrival area and interface with the adjacent creek which was installed in early 2022.
