We are working with Ryman Healthcare and Via Architects on the design of a significant new retirement living development on a large vacant property in Mulgrave. With impressive views of the Dandenong Ranges from the site, the development will include a multi-story main building housing dementia and aged care services with surrounding retirement living villas set in a pedestrian friendly streetscape environment.

Our work has included thoughtful consideration of landscape boundary interfaces with neighbouring properties as well as the creation of vibrant common areas and activity nodes within the development.
