The new Douglas Boyd Centre at Marcus Oldham College, designed by 3iD Architects, was completed in 2019 and provides a striking centrepiece to the campus. The external spaces and gardens that were designed by our team provide a range of dynamic outdoor learning opportunities set across a steeply sloping site.

The spaces include an amphitheatre, tree grove, terraced gardens seats and outdoor desks, and a lawn expanse, all of which are stitched together by clever and thorough resolution of the site’s levels and connections to existing campus buildings.
