“The Boulevard” Aged Care

We are currently working with Bluecross on the upgrade of parts of their existing “Boulevard” facility in Mill Park. The projects we have been asked to assist with include a new design of their existing assisted memory area for residents with acute dementia as well as resolving challenging interfaces with unsightly neighbouring industrial properties.

Each of the projects include strong consideration of sensory elements within the landscape through the use of planting selections as well as colour and texture in new proposed built elements in the landscape.
