“Monterey” Aged Care

We are currently working with Bluecross in the upgrade of their “Monterey” facility in Glenroy. With no significant external garden areas, the facility relies on internal courtyards across two levels for residents outdoor experiences and our brief involves a fresh approach to the facility’s spaces.

Key consideration has been around distinguishing each space from the other to enhance the stimulation of resident experiences and strengthen orientation and navigation around the building.
