This residential development in Ivanhoe was a challenging overall garden design that was completed in 2012. Much of the external gardens were set over basement carpark structure, whilst the retention of existing trees also needed to be carefully considered within other new garden areas and spaces set across a relatively steep sloping site.

An existing reception centre building was retained as part of the new residential development which included an impressive common entrance garden transitioning into more intimate pedestrian access ways and entrances for individual apartments and villas.
