This high-density apartment and mixed-use development was constructed in 2016 and 2017 and is located adjacent to Mullum Mullum Creek in Ringwood.

The design of the project needed to consider extensive garden spaces over basement carpark areas whilst also allowing for connections from the street frontage through the apartment towers to the creek environs.
