This project focussed on transforming an under-utilised part of Alma park, wedged between the football oval and St Mary’s College. The City of Port Phillip wanted to incorporate cricket nets whilst encouraging pedestrian connection around the oval into the existing school and to the large playground areas to the south end of the oval.

The resulting design sensitively stitches together a number of landscape elements that feel well established and which has greatly improved the amenity of the area and increased recreation opportunities.
